Why can't deliver without files on PC?

Hey guys,

Sometimes, when buyers begin to share their details on chat, we don’t move on the order page, but continue on chat. And it happens very often to me to send the work from the chat. Then the buyer says, I like this very much! You can now mark order as complete.

Here’s the issue I am experiencing. I don’t know if you noticed, the Fiverr app allows you to mark order as complete, but fiverr.com doesn’t allow it without sending files.
