Level System, is this normal?

After two months I finally received an order, the order was marked automatically as completed and this message appeared and my rating is showing blank. Is this a bug, or is it normal?

I think this is normal. Rating is showing your overall rating in the past 60 days and as you mentioned, you received an order after 2 months so you don’t have any rating to be showed as your overall rating in the past 60 days.

I belive next time when you get 5 starts review , rating field will be at 100%.

Oh I see, thanks, it means I will get demoted if the seller doesn’t review the order 😕
