Oh you said “maintaining”, I assumed you were a TRS.

Leveling up to TRS means Fiverr staff needs to manually approve of your promotion.

It’s not just about the stats.

Yes i am seller 2

Just asking

Like TRS also have the same requirements to main their badge ?

like 90%? or for TRS its seprate

OK you lost me there.

Are you asking how to get the TRS badge, or is it just a general question about TRS sellers?

Yes TRS have the same requirements.

No I can’t share a screenshot.

Why are you interested in a level you don’t have?

It is 90%. You can take my word for it.

If your “friend” had the TRS badge, they would know it’s 90%.

It’s right there in their analytics page.

Here are the exact requirements (which you could find on fiverr.com/levels yourself):

Top Rated Seller

Overview

This elite group of Sellers enjoy a growing number of exclusive benefits, as they continue on providing Buyers with an overall excellent experience. Please note that this is a manual process - once you meet the following requirements, we will look back on your performance. Once our team confirms your eligibility, you’ll be ranked as a Top Rated Seller.

Requirements

Complete at least 180 days as an active Seller on Fiverr

Complete at least 100 individual orders (all time)

Earn at least $20,000

Maintain a 4.8 star rating over the course of 60 days

90% Response rate over the course of 60 days

90% Order completion over the course of 60 days

90% On-time delivery over the course of 60 days

Avoiding receiving warnings over the course of 30 days

You might want to be aware that the chances of getting promoted from level 2 to TRS is slim even if you meet those basic requirements. On the last evaluation day there were hundreds of level 2 sellers who met the basics but did not get a promotion. Good luck, though, either way.

Just curious, earn $20,000 in all time or in some period?

I am level 2 and I earn over $20,000 all time (since 2015) but now when I checked on fiverr app, it Said that my earning is below $20,000.

Do we have to maintain $20,000 in level period time for example from Jan 15 to Feb 15?

If it’s not, any opinion why it suddenly change?

Btw : in my fiverr analytics it still show my earning above $20,000.

Only on fiverr app, in level requirement section that show my earning below $20,000.

Thanks for your advise.

Logging into the app this morning, the “all-time earned” stats on my phone show a substantially lower amount too. Guess I’ll wait a bit and ask CS then if its a bug or they changed how they get to that number suddenly.

It must be a bug. You do not have to earn $20,000 every 60 days.

I also see that same bug. It’s saying my all-time earnings are about a fifth of what they actually are. Must be a bug…

I have just met the $20,000 mark and all the other requirements. Is there someone to contact in Fiverr to request a review?

You will be manually reviewed on September 15th. If you are promoted to TRS, you will be informed roughly a day later. Most Level 2 sellers, however, are nominated, but not promoted. It might be wise not to get your hopes up. If you are promoted, great, if not… it’s okay to be a Level 2 seller.

I met the $20,000 mark and the other requirements years before I became a TRS. However lately I’m seeing newer sellers who become top rated sellers much sooner. So it can vary a lot.

Interesting. Do they always review on the same day every month?
