Deadline for review by buyer (?)

If

1. the seller (‘person A’) delivers on time
2. and the gig has been automatically marked as ‘completed’ 3 days after said delivery
3. and the buyer (‘person B’) has not yet given any review,
   QUESTION: IS THERE A DEADLINE FOR PERSON B, PAST WHICH B WON’T BE ABLE TO LEAVE A REVIEW?

But it is not good to ask for reviews because it may annoy the buyer. Just a few days ago a seller posted that he got a 2.5 ⭐ review from a buyer that said the work was good but the seller had asked for a review.
