Are these Fake Buyers?

On a few occasions since I joined Fiverr towards the end of last year, I have received inquires from sellers posing as buyers. They ask all manner of questions and before you know, they are gone. Their main objective has been to seek samples or free advce. Last week I had a seller who posed as a buyer, asked for samples of my Business Plans and went missing.

It happened to me once. I figured the seller was just scouting out the competition.

Some sellers do look for other sellers in their niche to outsource to, so that could be a factor. I’ve had other Fiverr writers hire me because their schedules got too busy.
