So, we need reviews to maintain our levels and they need to be five-stars (because anything less than five is considered a ‘negative’ review), yet requesting it is against the rules and also gets your level removed.

You couldn’t force your buyer for leave the 5Star rating

I have seen sellers get 1-star reviews for asking buyers to write 5-star review. The buyer placed a 4-star initially; after the seller suggested to change the review to 5-star, then it happened.
Therefore, let the buyers write the reviews naturally.
