My order cancellation rate

Hello, I have cancel the order now my cancellation percentage is 88%. Today I got a order and I have submit that I got good feedback. But still fiverr showing me your cancellation rate is 88%.

Please anyone help me what I need to do?

To improve your order completion rate, you need to complete more orders. Every time you cancel an order, your completion rate will go down. The more orders you complete, the higher your completion rating will be.

It depends on the total amount of orders you actually have. Perhaps you have enough orders that it doesn’t immediately change the cancellation rate if you complete one.

For example, my cancellation rate didn’t budge from 92 to 93% until I finished two different orders.
