User 🚫 is a troll. He and many others on Fiverr are users that purposefully submit an order then not respond.

These incomplete orders (hereafter mentioned “NC’s”) lower our seller rankings and make our freelance business standings look terrible.

I believe 🚫 is a seller of a similar product/service that trolled my account to make my rankings go down and his rankings (obviously under another username) stay above par.

I’ve contacted customer support and I’ve canceled the order with good reasoning, but from what I’ve researched, it seems that an NC can still affect our seller rank even if one has gone through the proper procedures.

Furthermore, I’ve done my work through the phone app and I’ve got suggestions about that too.

It is against forum rules to name and shame buyers and sellers so you need to delete the username immediately.

Well that stinks! And here I thought that sort of thing only happens on those sell sites!
