Orders didn't show in Dashboard nor in Que

I’ve got two orders which showed nowhere until they became late orders. Did anyone else have the same issue with orders?

Wow that is bad, you must always check the notifications there you can see you got an order!

I did but so far nothing that will help me with the issue.
