Could not transfer/withdraw amount from Fiverr to Bank Account

I have trouble transferring my amount to Bank account but every time I click on the Bank Transfer button, an error appears before the verification code and I have also not received any verification code to proceed further. Please help me out.

Usually it’s 24-48 hours, sometimes faster. They might take more now, though, because a huge number of sellers is messaging them after losing their level.
