Order with a certain seller that I liked (his/her) work and gigs

I made an order with a seller on fiver on the 14th of January 2018. Suddenly today it said Customer Support Cancelled your order and my money was refunded. I do not know why my order was cancelled and the seller’s account is no longer available on Fiverr, even though I bought a couple of gigs from the seller and his gigs were the best I have ever seen on Fiverr.

So the question is… does anyone know why his account is no longer on Fiverr???

That would be a private matter between CS and the user. Most likely he either cancelled his account, or had violated the rues and got bounced. You won’t get more info from fiverr on this. I understand it is not convenient.
