Seller Level Demoted for not replying to SPAM

Have you also experienced something like this??
I just got my level demoted to level 1. They are making my gigs less visible and harder to find because my response rate was 85% for not replying to spam offers and several ridiculous requests from people I did not want to deal with. I’ve made Fiverr a lot of money, just to see them push me under the bus for no valid reason (All my inbox messages are replied to timely). This is the most idiotic example of an automated AI system. Now I have to limit my gigs to 10 (?!) until I reach level 2 again. I am very disappointed and I don’t know how long I’ll stick around, honestly.
