tuhin2u Posted January 15, 2018 Share Posted January 15, 2018 Hi,Today morning I receive some other users support ticket reply from CS on my email.When I tried to access my help center account, it asks me to verify my email id.It says I need to verify email which is sent to xxxxxx at gmail.com. Which is not my email id.I can not access my CS account. Whats going on?I have opened a new support ticket (surprisingly it allows me to open a support ticket), send them a mail on support@fiverr.com, tried to contact CS on Twitter and Facebook.Still waiting for their reply.
