What is best way of buying online from Pakistan?

Hi, Peace Be Upon You

I want to ask a question related to buying online from Amazon or Buying domain from hostgator etc from Pakistanis. I saw few options so I selected 2 options from them, one is UBL MasterCard and other is payoneer card. I also saw something like 3.5% conversion rates on UBL option. Please let me know which one is best and safe option to use?
