arsib101 Posted January 3, 2018 Share Posted January 3, 2018 Hello! I’m new to Fiverr. I had some worries about my Gig not showing in search results, but that’s a thing of the past. The views and clicks - all make the Gig show up higher in the search results. I’m happy to be not the last gig on the last page. 🙂 Although the thing that worries me is when I try to search for my gig selecting the “Online users” I am not there, despite being actually online the whole day. I’ve checked the forum for help, but I didn’t find any. 😦 Can somebody explain to me why is it like that? Has anyone had similar problems? Will it normalize after few days or couple of orders? I’m not gonna cry because of some algorithms, if the search results are what they are, then I’ll just have to do some hard work to be in the very best. If you want to check that you are actually online go to your profile icon at the top of the Fiverr main page and then click Settings. If this shows you to be online then it is the problem that I have just explained. Also, welcome to Fiverr. I have checked all the settings, even have the app on the phone running in the background since I found that it should be running to stay online. None of the solutions were successful that’s why I thought a fresh post would bring some new information.
