Cancelled orders/ Orders Completed Status

So, sometimes I get buyers that don’t inquire before hand and just order a gig, and ask for something inappropriate, or they accidentally order my gig and want to cancel… I don’t understand why this has to effect my status on Orders Completed… I finish all orders that need to be finished and never had anyone want to cancel because of my work. There needs to be a better way to keep track of this…
