You can’t force buyers to message you before they order. Can you change your gigs so that communication before they order isn’t required? It would make life a lot easier for you.

Also, you need to reduce your order cancellation rate, not increase it.

Hi, if you increase your order, order completion rate automatically increase. if you complete 9 order and cancel 1 order in last 60 days, it shows 90% completed.
