No orders since I added a video. Tips?

I joined Fiverr about 1 week ago and I was quite pleased with my results. I managed 7 sales in about 5 days on my gig writing reviews. I decided I would take it up a notch and create a video for the gig. It’s been about 2 or 3 days since I did so and since then I have had no new orders. This is strange since I received at least 1 or 2 orders on that gig every other day I’ve been on Fiverr. Does anyone have any explanations on this or tips to improve my order count?
