Actually Most sellers facing this issue… if we allowed revisions we should to it even after the order automatically completed thats how the fiver system works … other wise there will be disadvantages for sellers.

What i suggest is Fiver CS should do some modifications in this regard… if the order marked as completed it should be completed … they should not allowed buyer to cancel there order or review on it… coz they have given 3 days time limit for them to take any actions.

Yes absolutely I’ll do even if customer request more 10 revisions. But in this case I just ask my buyer for the color code that he want (No Problem of darker or brighter) And everyone want to keep logo in center.

But maximum no one will request 10 revisions. I never faced any situation in which buyer ask for more than 3 revision. Almost now 130+ order completed and no one request more than 4 revisions (10 is too far).

Believe me, you will meet, you have a similar GIG to mine, I have +12k in this gig, and totally + 20k, I met buyers that I worked for a whole day, and offer only one revision. I hope you do not have the same luck. A problematic buyer may delay your next deliveries. Probably when you meet one, you will change your unlimited revision option.

Even if you ask for support, you will not be able to do anything because you have this option.

But the order is completed and when he ask for revision after 30 days then I don’t have the editable files to make his required changes.

Yes, I offer unlimited revisions and I do unlimited revisions but no revision after the order is completed. I keep the editable files for 15 days after the order is mark as completed and than I delete them.

To avoid misunderstandings or buyers taking advantage of that loophole, you should specify that you don’t do revisions after the order is completed.

Also, any time a buyer holds you ransom and threatens you with a bad review if you don’t do something, if you are in the right, contact CS. I reported a buyer for similar behavior and CS automatically completed the order for me and I was able to cut off all communication with the buyer and he left me alone.

The key is that I kept my end of the bargain as stated in gig title, gig description and gig requirements.

30 days is too long. I deliver in 3 days, orders get marked as complete after 3 days or as soon as the buyer reviews the order.

I think 24 hours should be the waiting period for reviews, modification changes, etc. Buyers need to be put under pressure. Just like the ads scream “24-Hour Sale” and “save 50% between 6am and 8am,” buyers need to understand that time is money, and we have other things to do.

Once I have a Bad experience. A buyer contact me almost after a month and than ask me to do revisions and when I refuse to do changes than he clearly sated “Make the changes without any extra. If not than I’m going to leave one star review.”

So, there should be some fix days in which the Buyer can give review and after fix days buyer can give review on sellers permission.
