Repeated review is harmful?

Recently one US top rated buyer give me 4 order one by one frequently within 8 hours and give me all high review. Is this harmful for my account?

Why would it be? On the contrary, it means your service is good if someone purchases it multiple times. Many of my regular buyers have made even more than 100 orders total, and nothing harmful has happened.
