I have raised a gig resolution request twice, but had no reply from the CC, its been almost 4-5 days. How long does it take for them to get back?

I have raised a gig resolution request twice, but had no reply from the CC, its been almost 4-5 days. How long does it take for them to get back?

It usually takes them no more than a couple of hours on average. Usually sooner if the load is light, I’m imagining. There were a few weeks where it would take days for a response, but that seems to be resolved.
