Buyer Requests option not available?

Hi there, I am quite new seller to Fiverr.com . My buyer requests option is not enabled. I am not able to send requests on it.
Ant suggestions?

Have you created your gigs(offers).
First create your gigs and publish it. Then you will see buyer requests and then can send custom offers as well

You need a feedback score of 90% to see buyer requests - you haven’t got that.

Yea, create gigs fist before you can send request. You can’t see the BR menu unless you create gigs.
