You can ask the seller to make a request through the resolution centre on the order page for you to change your feedback, but can’t change it directly yourself any more. (This assumes you’re the buyer!) ☀️

In addition to what @offlinehelpers mentioned, that option is only available for 3 days after the delivery (before the order is marked as complete) .

You can not if the order is completed.

You can always resolve the issues and ask the buyer to change the feedback if he is satisfied.
