If I delete my one gig with negative review. Will my overall rating return to 100?

I’ve gotten ONLY one negative review on all of my gigs and it was because I did not have internet access when he paid me. If I delete and rewrite the gig would my rating return to 100? It’s currently 90. I really want to get it to 95% any suggestions?
