My gig is not ranking in search result while it is featured?

Hi i’ve facing this problem my gig is not ranking while its featured
currently my web development gig is featured but i cant see my gig in search results but before it got featured it was ranking on number 2 page for “wordpress website” search

Why do you think YOUR gig deserves this placement, when there are hundreds of other sellers offering wordpress services as well – some with even better services than you?

I have noticed that if a gig is featured you will find it on the first page, first row. But only two or three times a day for around 10 minutes, if you watch the search you will see it. When its not on the front page its can be anywhere from the second page to page 30 etc.
