Is Mutual Cancellation effect Order Completed Percentage?

i was working with a buyer and all he want me to cancel the gig due to some issues he have so i just did that as the buyer was in trouble so this cancellation was done by MUTUAL confirmation but after only once cancellation my order completed percentage down by 3% i don’t know how and why where the order was done by mutual confirmation i tried to find this topic in forum already but didn’t found related to this hope any body can inform me about this issue and if mutual cancellation also effecting order completed ratio than this is the worst feature i have seen and experience.

yes brother, mutual cancellation is also effect order completed percentage. it will reduce your order completed percentage.

woah this is what i was expecting so how we can avoid this like if someone want to revenge then a user can simply done few orders and cancel those one by one and in this we can take down that user…! REALLY
