It's good to have on hold option

Dear Fiverrites,

During my working experience with Fiverr buyers, I found out that most of the work will be on hold with buyers for various reasons for longer time. This will definitely effect our delivery time.

I feel there should be an on hold status whenever we need information from buyer to save our delivery time. I am not sure whether this option available already. If not , having this will be useful for us.

Opinions please.
