My Buyer can't review an automatically completed order from their mobile

I have completed many orders. about 60% of them are reviewed and rated . I’m trying to increase number of reviews. Sometimes buyers say that they can’t leave a review especially while using the app and when orders are automatically completed. Is there any way to solve this ?
