mariokluser Posted December 7, 2017 Share Posted December 7, 2017 You don’t pay the user directly.Here is how it works:You hit the “Order now”-button on a gig.You pay Fiverr via Credit Card or PaypalFiverr pays the user (seller) two weeks after he delivered to your satisfaction and you marked the order complete.It is not allowed to exchange any contact or payment information with other users outside of the platform.You can find more information on this in the TOS. If so, you have a great bank to let you know that someone was trying to steal from you because you wouldn’t have gotten what you paid for.You should be grateful that your bank fraud department stopped it.
