I didn’t receive 5$ for referring a person even he has made his first purchase. I am not getting any way to contact Fiverr team to report this. Team, please help me to sort out this and credit 5$ in my account.

I think there is a minimum order the person you refers has to make. I heard it was $25 once and I also heard it was $10.

They didn’t mentioned in their terms and conditions that a min purchase is required. Moreover my friend has done a decent purchase of 16$…still awaiting any reply from their side

Have you contacted Customer Support, and asked them? We are not CS on this forum. We cannot solve this for you.
