I have not been able to open attachments from buyer requests yet

Dear fellow Fiverr sellers,

I am close to three months old on this platform but I have not been able to open attachments from seller requests yet.
What am I missing?
What windows application is able to open the attachments?
Any help will be highly appreciated.
