Receiving messages late

Hi i recently noticed that i am receiving buyers messages really late today morning i received message from buyer about his website development he sent that ,message on 1st december and i recieved it on 3rd december !

how this is possible also similar issue with my current order my buyer told me that he is recieving my messages late

please help ! its causing a lot of loss in clients and revenue !

this is very strange. Do you read the messages on desktop or on your smartphone?
