How many days until you can withdraw revenues?

So I received my first payment via Paypal exactly a week ago and have received more since, but I still have a big 0 in the withdraw column. When, on average, will the money be available to withdraw?

Reply to @bigbadbilly: I guess it depends where you are for PayPal. In the UK it’s possible to withdraw and receive in the bank account within 2 hours at no extra charge. They did away with the 2-3 day withdrawal in Sept.

It takes a full week to transfer from Paypal to bank account here in the Philippines, at least for my bank 😦
