Avoid receiving warnings for TOS violations over the course of 30 days
What is this in analytics ?

It’s pretty self-explanatory? It measures how many warnings you’ve had for ToS violations in the last 30 days.

You wouldn’t achieve the next level?

Please remember that these changes haven’t yet come into effect, so everybody’s in the dark a little bit.

Dead easy - read this and do as it says:

Because sometimes Fiverr doesn’t catch all wrong-doings in time, but sooner or later you might still get a warning.

Depends on what you have done to violate the terms of service.

if ask about rate? i just found out now

Asking the buyer to rate their experience is not forbidden, however, asking for a positive review is and can get you a warning.

“Do not manipulate buyers to provide positive feedback.”

Taken from the following link: https://sellers.fiverr.com/en/article/feedback

Fiverr already asks the buyer to leave a review twice. Buyers do not like to be spammed or pressured into leaving a review. It is up to them whether they want to or not.

You cannot say that you didn’t do anything wrong just because you weren’t caught. It doesn’t work like that.

A warning is not a good thing. You should have researched the platform before signing up.

while you feel like you’re making a mistake

No. While you feel like you’re making a mistake, sit down and carefully read the Terms of service to make sure you’re not making any mistakes. You can’t wait it out. If you made a mistake, it’s up to you to correct it.

If you read the terms, you will come to realize that it doesn’t say anywhere that you can’t ask the buyer’s to leave a review. However, @vibronx is right, it’s not a good look to ask for reviews since Fiverr does that already automatically.
