I use a Blue Snowball mic, like this one:

I do both voiceover/audiobook recordings on it and vocals for songs. For the money, it does great work @ceceliavo.



@lparziale, I record in my library, which is on the second floor of my house in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Sometimes I have to pause for a dog or a passing car, but it does well enough. One time, though, the mic picked up a tv being played in the basement because there’s a vent! 😃
