Re-delivering an order | Delivered on time rate

What happen if I re-deliver an order?

Is it affect delivered on time rate?

I need to clarify this. 😉

This is not an official statement. Look at it this way, when a buyer asks for a reversion and the clock turns red with that late sign, it is advised to deliver the order again as soon as possible, why? because at this point the buyer has several option if you don’t redeliver quickly…They can contact support and ask them to cancel because you are not redelivering in a timely manner. I also believe that there is a limit as to how long you can stay without redelivering and passing this time could lower you rating. I might be wrong though.
