abauer5188
Is there any way to withdraw an offer sent to a buyer request? I sent an offer and the buyer came back with a method of performing the work that is against the ToS of a 3rd party site. I don’t wish to perform this work, or face a cancellation should he accept the offer anyway.

Thankfully, he didn’t accept the offer. For further information, and helpful info for other Fiverr sellers, he wanted me to use TeamViewer to do work for him remotely.I do not pay for TeamViewer, I use the free version to help my friends and family for free. TeamViewer very clearly highlights within their EULA that the “Freemium” version of TeamViewer is not to be used for commercial purposes. Section is below:3.4.Scope of use for Freemium-Software. The use of the Freemium-Software is solely permitted for the user’s own, private, non-commercial purposes (e.g. free computer support for a spouse/partner). The use of the Freemium-Software for the exercise of the user’s own trade or profession or the use for purposes for which the user directly or indirectly receives compensation (team work with colleagues, free support provided to third parties which have bought software of the user) does not qualify as private use.Source: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/eula/So unless you have confirmation and receipt from a buyer who has purchased TeamViewer, or if you have purchased it yourself, do not use it!
