i am eligible to become fiverr Top Rated Seller according to the new policy, but dont know if i have to mail fiverr to see my account or they will contact me or something ?

No, they usually pick TRS manually. Have you checked your analytics page recently? They’ve made some changes to simplify how to achieve the badge.

There is no form to fill out. They will notice you and let you know if they choose you for Top Rated Seller.
