Looking for advice

Hello friends, I want your advice on below problems

1. I got lots of orders in last months. But I am not getting orders in these days. I am on always online. Could you guess what is the issue?
   

   

2. My gigs impressions and all of statistical are decreasing. Please check screenshot. I can’t understand the reason. Do you have any idea?
   

   

3. I always response to the messages that I get withing two hours. But my response rate also has decreased. Please explain me and help me to improve these.
