Can i contact with my old client by my new profile?

Hi,
I’d another account there but unfortunately that account are disable by Fiverr authority team for TOS break of one Revenue card use for 2 account. That’s true i used my 1 Revenue card to my and my very close friend account for withdraw the money. But that time i was not sure about that. That’s ok. But now i want to know here that can i contact my previous profile client(permanent) for that i’m that person who did the job for you? as like this. Any one please help me on this regard.
