How to change the account name

hello everyone i am new on fiverr and its difficult to use as a new seller for me .i just want to know how can i chnage my account name because i want to change my account name, i do not like it ,.please provide help.https://www.fiverr.com/mu2017_designer this is my account name

It is not allowed to change the account name. You can delete the account and create a new one, that is the only option available if you want to have a new username.

This is the response I got from Customer Support:

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, you cannot change your username. You can, however, close your account and create a new one.

Please note you’ll need to use a different email address upon creating your new account. If you would like to use the email address in your current account for your new account, please change it before closing your current account.

To close your Fiverr account, please go to the top right corner of the home page, your Profile Image > Settings > Deactivate Account. You will be asked there to select the reason for leaving Fiverr and click on the “Deactivate Account” button to close it.

I think a better name would be “mudesigner” or something with your name. What matters more is, the quality of your gig and how do you market it to get orders.

As far as I am concerned, the name does not matter to me - but I cannot say what the buyers think about that. The name is not used for searching gigs. So it should not matter I think. You have to make sure that:

• Your Gig has a good title according to the service you provide
• A good description about what the buyers will get from your service
• Relevant keywords added in the gig

Firstly you can not change your user name. Secondly it doesn’t matter if your username is attractive more or not. Do quality work and show those work in your gig sample. Collect good reviews and customer satisfaction. Orders will come more and more 🙂

First of all, close the existing account by selecting the reason, “I want to change my username”. Then create a new account with the desired username.

Usernames can not be changed once an account is registered. When an account is registered on Fiverr, a username is required to complete the registration. Your username is unique and is associated with your Fiverr orders, Gigs, and ratings.
