ollydave
Gender discrimination does exist both ways. According to statistics (US) and common knowledge, it swings in favour of the men.The point is not on the existence. It is the approach that seems to be wrong. We agree there is discrimination, but will reverse discrimination cancel it out? No. It will only make it worse. This is more like the COBRA EFFECT
misscrystal
I don’t argue with African Americans regarding if they face job discrimination so why are men arguing about it with me when it is common knowledge and the facts are there is anyone male cares to read them. The US government acknowledges it in the Small Business Administration by guaranteeing loans for businesses to women owned businesses.I don’t want to argue about this anymore and it’s offensive to me what some people are saying here.I hope this thread gets closed.
