Cancel one order by mutual parts

Hi folks. Its possible to cancel an order by mutual parts? I don’t finish one work due to time limit for the buyer and i don’t want he will be charged for this. Or may be after the charge is done the buyer claims by refunds?

You can use the Resolution Center on the order page to cancel the order. I wouldn’t recommend completing the order and then refunding the buyer, mutual cancellation before completion is a better option.
