Work offer in buyer request section

Hi, I am noticed that some people offer their services in buyer request section. Is fiverr T&C allowed such buyer requests to offer services not project?

Sellers are not supposed to offer their services in Buyer Requests, however many do. But it is silly to do so because Buyers do not see Buyer Requests. Only other Sellers see Buyer Requests. So all the Sellers that post there are only getting offers to buy other sellers gigs. 😆 It is a waste of the sellers time to try to sell their services there.

The design of Fiverr makes it inevitable that loads of sellers will post in the Buyer Request section. I really don’t understand why there is a big tempting “post a request” button in the top left when you log in. New sellers eager to promote themselves will click it without really knowing what is going on. Quite why there isn’t a “post a gig” button is beyond me.
