It will take up to 48 hours.Go to the transaction history, you will see the amount which is awaiting to for clearance. If you don’t see it on the list, you can check on pending list (you will find the link on top of the transaction list)Btw, it’s Payoneer related issue, to find the best answer about Payoneer you should visit Payoneer forum or contact Payoneer support.
