My dollars are gone from payoneer

Hello guys, I need help regarding Payoneer issue. I got $20 payment from fiverr yesterday on Payoneer. When I checked today there is no money just showing $0.0 . Can anyone please tell me whats the issue here.

You’re going to want to contact Payoneer for answers to this. We cannot help you when it comes to third party account issues. Payoneer is not Fiverr.

Are you transferring funds for the first time? Are you sure that they weren’t for Payoneer’s annual charges?

May be it’s annual fee. But there is no message.

Possibly you choose standard load. It will take up to 48 hours.
Go to the transaction history, you will see the amount which is awaiting to for clearance. If you don’t see it on the list, you can check on pending list (you will find the link on top of the transaction list)
