Widdraw AFTER getting Blocked

Hi any one know how we widdraw money after getting blocked by fiverr due to TOS violations? ??

From the TOS:

Sellers will be able to withdraw their revenues from disabled accounts after a safety period of 90 days following full verification of ownership of the account in question, from the day of the last cleared payment received in their account and subject to Fiverr’s approval.

I think you and Fiverr will have to get in touch after 90 days, and after you provide all the documents they request from you to prove your account ownership, they will release your earnings.
