Hello everyone .I am new on the forum .But i was a level 1 seller till yesterday .I just want to know and some suggestion that will help .Please can anyone tell me how soon can i get back to my previous ? i was demoted due to unusual communication through fiverr so . please suggest me am really upset i had work so hard for this .

Possibly some of your recent activity or your service violating Fiverr TOS. Check your email inbox. Possibly you received an email mentioning why you were demoted. If not contact with the support. Only support stuff can help you on this issue.

You can always gain the level back. Just avoid anything that is not allowed. Check the terms of use and seller tips articles, and contact support if anything remains unclear. Or ask here!
