Buyer didn't responded & couldn't get ratings yet

Hello there,
I am new on Fiverr. I make first order sell as a graphics designer. I delivered my order to buyer who hired me for logo design for her company.After deliver my order auto completed after 3 days. But buyer never responded after order completed & I never get any ratings or feedback or comment yet. I check my revenue. it says, “Fund pending clearance (27 November 2017)”. order completed on 4 November2017 & my account available fund amount says,“0”. So I wanted to know what all these means? please help.

Your buyer doesn’t need to respond to you after you’ve delivered their order. Only about 70% of buyers leave a review, so please don’t annoy them by asking for one.

If the order completed on 4th November, it will be in a pending state for 14 days and then you’ll be able to withdraw it after that, so about the 18th November.

As a buyer you can’t miss the ‘please leave a review’ bit, so leave it up to the buyer if they want to review you. ☀️
