New level strategy, how is it going to favor the sellers?

I just want to have the full knowledge of the Fiverr.com New Level plan and how could such benefit the sellers. Would it be an offside thing or would it bring more joy to sellers? Because of my own opinion, as it stands, it’s going to take a whole 20years or more before many can get that $20,000 to get to the “TOP SELLER” level.
