Hopefully they can at least shed some light on what happened.I would really strongly advise that you go to your dashboard (where your order is supposed to be but isn’t). Look to where it says ‘selling’ at the top, click this, and then click on the word ‘orders.’I have exactly this problem right now. I have an order which does not appear anywhere but which is due in 9-hours and I can see if I go to ‘selling’ then ‘orders.’If there is nothing there, then this is a mystery.
