Disappearing orders

It was there yesterday but today it’s blank. Like every evidence that this was an order is gone, but I still have the notification in my personal email.

Welp…I’m going to consider this a loss but will look forward to hearing from Fiverr customer service. Hopefully they can at least shed some light on what happened.

I would really strongly advise that you go to your dashboard (where your order is supposed to be but isn’t). Look to where it says ‘selling’ at the top, click this, and then click on the word ‘orders.’

I have exactly this problem right now. I have an order which does not appear anywhere but which is due in 9-hours and I can see if I go to ‘selling’ then ‘orders.’

If there is nothing there, then this is a mystery. If I am right however, you might just find yourself with a nasty late order notification hit you later.
